NEW - Oval All Stamps & Scalloped Oval Punch

I'm sure enjoying the warmer weather.  I hope you can get outside and enjoy it too!  I just love this card!  I went outside the box with some brighter color combinations and tried out a new fold technique idea that I saw on Patty Benett's blog.  This card showcases the new Oval All stamp set and Scalloped Oval Punch from the new Occasions Mini Catalog.  Here is a photo of the stamp set.
